I think any person who lives by the bible and it's guidelines......would NOT feel right about watching porn. The bible was clear about looking at the nakedness of others. Can you imagine ANY faithful bible character talking about in the scriptures how much he enjoyed watching several jews going at it? yea....... he writes a couple of chapters about it ....it makes the bible canon with pictures and all! Why..... people and christians alike would have their faith strenghtened beyond belief! Marriages as outlined in the bible would flourish ...wouldn't they?
I can't believe why it's hard for some to understand how Christianity/bible believers...and porn do not mix. Good lord!
Once again.......the dubs are not the only ones who see this as un-productive and as a sin. Ask ANY pastor. ( I'm not giving my opinion in this.......just trying to understand somes reasoning)

I'm not sure that not being bothered in one's conscience is a measure of what is right and wrong. Ted Bundy and other serial murderers had no conscience at all in what they did. For those, it is society that defines the rules of right and wrong. That is why we have laws.
The Bible speaks of consciences that are "scarred" or calloused. Therefore, nothing bothers such individuals. "....but to those corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted." Tit. 1:15

Although there may be individuals whose consciences are not bothered such as serial murderers, most people can reason what is right and wrong. Inmature people tend to think only about themselves and not of others.
If you want wantom murder serial, check the actions of Jehovah. Just about every repugnant crime and "sin" was either done by, ordered by, or condoned by Jehovah!
If I wanted to imitate him, I would be a murderer, a liar, incester, thief, egotist, etc.
Most religious people do things because they want a reward or fear a punishment. Not because it is the right thing to do.

I do not have a dictionary handy. But My definition of Pornography is, an unusual obsession with the graphic discription of anothers sexual performance for gratification.
I should think the Jw elders who sit on JC's are partaking.
I would suggest that whilst the victims of such are waiting five minutes outside the room awaiting a "circle-jerk".
