When I went as a young pioneer for the 'privilege' of serving food there was a shareholders meeting in a private room. I only found out because they forget to turn the loud speaker off outside the room and you could hear what was going on.

There are about 300 voting members of the corporation. Each voting member serves for a term, if I remember correctly, of 5 years. The voting members will vote in directors of their respective corporations to serve for another term. If there are any voting members who are up in their term they will either vote that person in again as a voting member or they will replace that member.
I am not sure if they still do it but they used to inform the audience of who was elected to be voting members or was re-elected as a voting member.
