She walked into the commissioners office and the very first thing she said was,
"You may be interested in this"
leant forward and handed them a letter as the commissioners looked slightly baffled extending a hand to receive the letter. As they started to gaze over the letter there faces lit up with pure surprise meant quickly looking back at umby saying "Is this for real?"

Never forget:
One of the Elders who came to the witness stand admitted that only last year, he made this comment to the partner of one of the victims 'why would you want to drag Jehovah's name through the mud?' ... After hearing that there was a plan to submit a case to the ARC.
So much for 'we made mistakes in the past'.....but not now. Oh really?
I felt absolutely ashamed to have once owned these men as my 'leaders'.....

No.
The public hearing has concluded.
These hearing been heard now are conducted behind closed doors with extremely tight security.
The whole proceedings were video recorded and audio recorded.
Reason been if in the future cases go further they have a record of it.

What's' even more sobering on the wake of all of this, is most JW's dont' know about this stuff. The construction halts and money grabbing.

Alive. It's umberto here and I assure you that the above comment is not accurate at all. WT is very worried about law suits as a result of the ARC. They are tracking down legally trained people within the congregations and any accountants they can gather to assist with monetary advice. I handed the BOE letter to them as soon as I walked into the room. The commissioners took that letter very seriously. Heads together, they read it through, looked up and thanked me, then faxed it off, took copies and gave it back hours later.
This person 'makeme', is not aware of what is going on and is speaking for the sake of speaking. But the words are ill considered and definitely not informed. Alive. May I ask a question for clarification?
Were you aware of the abuse of children all those years ago?
