'There are NO new remnant! The 'door' was essentially closed in 1935 when Jehovah turned his attention to the ingathering of the Great crowd.' Look what they've done to your religion, Nate.

By the time he was baptized in 1980 , I had already been baptized for 7 years and pioneering for 3. There was no one in my age group in that period of time that professed to be of the "oiled" ones. Yet the governators appoint this bozo who has been in the "truf" less than most of us.

I guess doing away with the 1935 closed door policy, makes all things possible

Was Ken Cook raised a Mormon and converted to JWs in his early 20s?

Someone posted that on a thread a while back. Can this be confirmed or is it one of those exJW urban legends?

Typical, get to bethel after a couple of years as a pioneer and then spends most of his life there out of touch with reality and real peoples problems etc. They the GB really are like royalty, royalty too was almost always out of touch with reality.

This biography is unhelpful, just like they typically are. It tells us nothing about him as a person: not his background in any meaningful sense, for instance, or anything about his personality.

It is strange, no latino, asian or african member of GB. Only white, male and to much food.

    Sorry, that’s my opinion.

Well there is Ken Hird. You remember Ken? The one who told us all that "scientists say the brain capacity for a woman is much smaller than a mans. This shows that she is just not equipped for the role of headship."

He doesn't say who these "scientists" are, when this was said or cite the research (if there is any). He forgets that they used to say that about black people.
