Am I reading it through a filter of belief?
As I see it the K H is supposed to have a library, as directed. Old material they may not want should be offered to Bethel for their library.., To me this places a value on the old stuff.
Previous recent moves have caused some congs to disgard the library but they are told that was wrong.
