Yeah, the way JWs are they'll see the thing about 10 hours and immediately write off everything you said.
I'd also have left out the freemason stuff and stick more to things that are easily and completely verifiable (i.e. UN membership, etc) since anything that can't be verified (or sounds a little like a conspiracy-theory) will immediately be used to cast you as a liar in the mind of a JW.
Cappytan. I thought it was actually common knowledge that CTR was a Freemason? Isn't there a pyramid dedicated to him in a Pennsylvanian cemetery? How can it be conspiracy theory when it's staring you right in the face?
Oh, and I'm sure they do not talk about the "new world" for absolutely no reason and have a bible entitled the "new World" translation of the holy scriptures, when there absolutely nothing pertaining to what actually is going to happen in this "new World" only that it will become a paradise after killing 7.5 billion inhabitants. In case you may not be seeing where I'm going here. We, including you were actually involved in a conspiracy theory and believed it too! ;)

I'm not saying he wasn't, it's just that Freemason conspiracy theories have a bad reputation for being false, sensational and over the top. Like I said, the layperson lumps all of them together, and you end up looking like an Alex Jones type, whether you have a legitimate point or not.
(For those who don't know who Alex Jones is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Jones_(radio_host) )
There are plenty of points to discredit Jehovah's Witnesses than bringing up the possibility that their founder may have been a freemason.
Cappytan I unfortunately do know the character your speaking of, I cannot stand the guy, he deals in fear porn (sound familiar lol) He makes oodles amount of money for making false claims. Although I do believe wholeheartedly the governments are not there to serve the common man, only big business. We only have to see the very strange events happening in LA to see this and the US government putting out a statement today stating that they are 99.9% sure the Russian plane was blown out the sky by ISIS!
On the latter, How does the US government know this? they have been told by both Egypt and Russia to stay out of the investigation as they will conduct it themselves and make a statement as soon as they are 100% certain who or what was the cause. When I see headlines like this I smell bullshit from a mile off. If the US are so certain then they must have had a part in the downing of the plane!
I analyse events myself, I do not let such people as Alex Jones decide for me. Besides, most of his stuff has turned out to be complete bullshit. I'm surprised he can move around his studio with the amount of bullshit piling up! :)
----EDIT--- And now strange orbs falling from the sky in spain, three so far lol.

This. At best, calling CTR a freemason is an ad hominem attack and doesn't really mean much anyway. So what if he started out that way - God could conceivably use anyone to accomplish his will if he so desires. And personally anytime I hear someone talking about freemasons I immediately stop listening. There's too many wingnuts that go on and on about all that stuff and even if that's a valid criticism here it gets lost in the noise.
On top of that, criticism of CTR is practically irrelevant to the modern JW. I wouldn't be surprised if many JWs don't even know who he is beyond recognizing the name. I honestly can't remember the last time he was mentioned at a meeting (I mean I've been out for 6 months, but before that it must've been 5 or more years gone by without hearing him mentioned) so it's just not something that's valuable to bother with in most cases. There are so many very real, very current issues that can be raised with the cult that it seems much more worthwhile to start with that than to worry about things so far in the past.
When someone is reduced to using Freemasons in their argument against the JWs, they have nothing to say.
...not to mention falling orbs from the sky.
