I dont see any edit button under the comment box in both EI 11 or Firefox ???

Because of how one of the library scripts loads, it's possible that there is an older version still cached on your machine or an intermediate proxy.
Clearing your browser cache will fix the former, but if it's a proxy I'll need to add a version to the URL of it so that it sees it as a different file.
Unfortunately I set it to cache for longer with a previous version (thinking it was safe because Google wrote it, not me) and if you are getting the broken version ... well, things will be broken.

ummmmm ??? still no edit button and I cleared the cache, signed out and closed Firefox and reopened.

Remember. version information helps. It works on latest Firefox for me, it may be different if you have an older version. You can also try checking the console to see if there's any error message which will help determine what's happening and why.
