Exactly how are they proposing to stop anyone from doing what they believe is a commandment from God? I mean seriously.
It's not dress only, if a brother is deemed 'efeminate' ... who's making thesender determinations on what is efeminate or butch? The guys still stuck in the 1950s?

I don't think they could physically prevent anyone from preaching, but they could definately reject a person's monthly time submission, refrain from accompanying him (effectively forcing him to go alone), and/or refuse to assign him to a car group.
