Thanks for sharing your experiences, Gretchen, Morton 68, Blacksheep and Caligirl.
Nikita, no offense whatsoever.
Gretchen, I had been taking aspirin during my teeneage years and I had no reaction. The reaction set in a few years ago when I washed down the aspirin with Pepsi, its a no, no. I always had problems swallowing aspirin.
Moreton68. if what you said works for 'men' it would interesting to consider.
BlackSheep. Yes, I'll go along with the Veg diet. I stay away from process foods. I now drink coffe, but I've gotten migraines after drinking coffee. I've fasted a number of times. I also said, my migraines developed after sustaining a head injury in school, prior to that I never had a headache.
Caligirl, your closing words would lessen the pain of migraine, "Of course, I also moved thousand miles away from the ex as well, so maybe it's the combination of the two." You gave me a laugh.
I've mentioned the light factor often. As much as I hated and destested light, I fought it. I forced my eyes to stay open and I would walk or ride a bike for 20 - 30 minutes (in the open air ) and it would gradually disappear. This is a 'tough' task to perform but like I said, it has worked for me. It's a comfort to know that I don't need meds and the migraine will last a brief time. Just what corelation air and light does to my migraine would be an interesting study.
Thanks again for your comments.
