I loved that movie. Unless someone makes a mistake you can't win at Tic Tac Toe. There is a perfect counter for every move that can be made no matter who starts.

I did it and I Won a game. Done it the same way twice and worked twice.
I chose the 5 by 5 squares. I started and I placed my X in the dead middle. It then put it's O below my X. Then I put my X on top of the first X. It put it's O on top. Then I put my X to the right of the first X and then it made a mistake. I Won....
