Chocolate martini's are made from: vodka and creme de cacao....like 1 shot vodka to 2 shots cacao....I add a couple of icecubes to get it cold....
It is nice for a different drink....like a dessert...
When you visit me and Mr. CB I will make you one....

I had a great one at a Sportsman's bar on Isla Morada too (in the Florida Keys). That one was Vodka, a tiny dash of Creme de Cocoa, a drizzle of chocolate around the rim, and a cherry. It was ice cold and a before dinner drink..............very nice.
I think we're going to have chocolate martinis Wednesday night.

My version is pretty easy:
Half creme de cacao (the clear kind), half Irish creme (Bailey's or a slightly cheaper version of it)
Shake in shaker with ice and pour into martini glass.
I was in Orlando 3 years ago, and they had a bar that served about a hundred different martinis. They gave you a little menu when you sat down, with all of them listed. We had our usual (beer for him, coffee for me) but I've always regretted not trying a couple of the fancy drinks. Thanks for the recipies, all; I may mix one up tonight!
