I know Sunny Gal from another, smaller and more personal group. She's a good gal. I can sense that she is very down to earth and kind. I really get a good feeling about Mouthy. She's just so real and so loving. Her comments make me smile. Tink is a good kid. Sorry, Tink, I know you are an adult, it's just that you are between my two kids in age and I feel all maternal when it comes to you. Sassy and Xena Warrior. Good ladies. Blondie, too. Frannie: very nice lady.

Rayzor offered some very kind emapthy to me about the blood issue and how it hurt my children. This means a lot to me.

I feel comfortable enough to kid with Minimus, Gumby, Mac and Shamus. E-man's always nice and responds to my comments.

I'd trust better if I knew people in the real world though.

I suppose if there are ever any get togethers of exxes near me, I live in Southwest Michigan, I'll try to get there and meet some of you. Are there ever any near here?

Hey, cool. I am relieved to know I am not isolated up here in this peninsula alone. I have lived here two years at the end of this month. I'm a southern girl. Let me tell you though, Michigan has really grown on me. The people here are so mild and mannerly. I've gotten so used to the politeness that when I go down south it's like visiting a different country. I am not even minding the snowfall since I was out on my porch barefoot the other night. It was almost 50 degrees! Winters have changed a lot since I lived in Chicago in the late 70s.

I feel totally comfortable with so many people on this board that I'm not going to name names because I'll accidentally leave someone out. Every apostafest, every phone call, the trip to Florida -- I feel completely at home with all of you.

I would love to get to know joannadandy. She is so clever, witty, and cute. I love her posts. No matter what subject. Having her anywhere in your life would be wonderful.

I haven't been here long enough to really know, but I feel very comfortable w/ most of the posters. And I know that enjoying someone's comments is not the same as being TOTALLY comfortable with a person, but I really appreciate Francois's comments, as well as Big Tex, JT, Avishai, Cruzanheart, Blondie's, and MANY OTHERS.

I don't hide my feelings about the Borg at work, so I'm sure it won't be long till I'm completely exposed, and then my name won't really matter, here or anywhere else.

Hope to meet a lot of you at some time in the future. I voted for a meeting place for the January meetup, but not enough voted in my area, so the meetup was cancelled.
