The Isle of Barra off the West coast of Scotland (in fact most of the Western Isles are devoid of JW's - including the one that the paedophile, Robert Maxwell, was sent to).
Of course there's little else but Catholics there, so none of the other religions or denominations, are to be found, either (Barra, that is).I'm not aware of any JW's going there to witness, for many many a year, either.
