Sorry folks for the rather obtuse use of a metaphor!
Let me explain: lockjaw would prevent me from speaking, and the way we 'speak' here is by our posts, so if I'm unable to post, I have metaphorically speaking 'lockjaw' and "spiritual lockjaw" at that!
