I am having the lousiest time ever! Two days ago, while my mind was still floating in sleep-wonder-land .. I got outta bed, walked to the stairs, and it went downhill from there. Literally. I must have missed a step, lost my balance and fell down. The weird thing is, I never got down those stairs faster, yet it seemed like a frigging eternity..... Later that day, I managed to slam my unhurt arm into an automatic door, thus making sure there isn't a single body-part of me that is not in excruciating pain, and bruised. Then, my kick-ass new comp decided to die. So now I am working on a laptop made in the pre-historic era.... I hate this week. *whines* - Blue Bubblegum Girl

Gosh, Viv!! Were you sleep walking? That is so frightening to take a fall like that. Its very fortunate you didn't break any bones!!

( Although I've never tripped and fallen down a flight of stairs on my own, I was pushed down a long flight of stairs when I was in my early twenties, by an abusive partner. I was black and blue all over for over a month and could barely move around. I didn't break anything--but I found out later that I was pregnant when it happened. I could have had a miscarriage but I didn't. I was very fortunate.)

You will be sore for a couple weeks probably. Take some nice long hot baths and pamper yourself.
