Let us consider the same three factors that directed the governing body in the first century.
There was a governing body in the first century who owned and operated their own publishing house. ???
So how can we answer Jesus’ question: “Who really is the faithful and discreet slave ?
It must the organization that has taken God's name since are organization has pursued with faithful diligence toward interpreting and understanding bible scripture with greater truthful adherence since 1919 when Jesus did selectively choose us.
Be that is so there is no purposeful reason to read anything the organization proclaimed or put into print prior to 1919, particularly when the Watchtower Publishing house got started in 1879 and for that matter anything in the 20th century.
Of course, Jesus did not tell us that his faithful slave would produce perfect spiritual food.
I thought everything from God (and his Son) was good and perfect.
Can you believe that JWs actually sat there and thought this statement was a "good thing" as far as following their seven popes?

I cannot understand how that entire paragraph wasn't seen as admission of charlatanism?!?
The group of men who have given themselves the name "The Governing Body" have sinned and they cannot publicly admit it. They know without any doubt that such an admission would be the end of The Cult and their own deceitful existence. It does seem that they are aware, however, that the spirit which leads them is not The Holy Spirit. That alone should awaken a sizable segment of the Corporate JDub "Subject" Persons. Unfortunately, their eyes have been skillfully closed and their ears soundly stopped.
"...Of course, Jesus did not tell us that his faithful slave would produce perfect spiritual food..."
Never has the following image been more appropriate...
