Does anyone know Firpo Carr?

Does anyone know anything about a man named Firpo Carr? I heard he likes to attack all ex-Witnesses, is a friend of Michael Jackson, is a Black Witness, lives in CA. and teaches part time at a college.

He is not a current friend of Michael Jackson. My understanding is that he has known some of the family at some point, being that some of Jacksons family is still involved.

He likes to see his name in the paper and tv, and is annoying as hell.

One day years ago I was sitting on my patio on a Saturday, and two Witnesses come up, a tall African/American and a young man with him. The young man started witnessing to me, and he then called the tall guy "Firpo." Unbeknownst to Firpo Carr at the time, I had just finished writing a review of his book:

Firpo was polite and talked about 10 minutes. The kid was dumbfounded and didn't say any more. I, on the other hand, was happy to have met him. For some reason several of the self-styled JW apologists have visited me. Some have even made Return Visits! No doubt they counted their time as well. :-))

I am just astounded that this man is a JW, and a pioneer too? I've seen him on TV quite a lot lately, in regard to the Michael Jackson situation.

Yesterday, CBS, NBC and ABC here in Southern California all refer to him as "Michael Jacksons SPIRITUAL ADVISOR" on their reports. I looked up at tv and saw Firpo, again, making an ass out of himself, again.

It would be my understanding then that Firpo IS a "current friend" and evident(ly) much more.

This case just keeps getting stranger and stranger. But then again, what can anyone really expect...?
