My $.02 (as if anyone cares! Ha!) I LOVE emoticons. They make me laugh. But I hate those stupid hotbar emotes. They really messed up my computer. I run adaware periodically, and everytime I get the updates it finds new bits of that hotbar crap in my system. It's really deep.
Poop. But there are some great sites where you can just copy the code into your post and it doesn't carry over any dataminers to your (or other people's) computers.
And THAT was for the benefit of everyone who is as non-technical as me. I'm sure one of you computer heads can come along and explain it more accurately.
