Some websites have parts of books or mags posted. There is always the WT CDs if you can get your hands on them

You can try a public library. I know the dubs here make sure there are copies there. I took perverse pleasure in burying the copies under a few boxes of "regular" magazines. I doubt they will be found until after Armageddon *sarcasm*
Or try to snare a dub while they are out ~~on probation~~ in field service and tell them you are from out of town. Give the phone number of a local military recruitment post for contact info.
