not fully liberated yet, so doing 1/2 way good. once i get all this load off of me i'll be doing better.

Pretty good, just that liberated. However I get a lot of bad memories and nightmares of mistreatment by my Father and general depression about a lost childhood.
This reminds me of the "pets pictures" thread. While people throughout our lives can be really shitty towards us theres nothing like a cat cuddling up to you for attention or your dog jumping on you when you come home licking your face in happiness.
Its like the movie "Runaway Train" where John Voight told the female employee he was worse than an animal, he was a human!

I'm still thinking about you, your wife, and this memorial coming up that you are not going to attend. Does it feel right? or are you nervous about not going because of your moms condition? do you think if you don't go the elders will bombard you?

As much as it shouldn't be non stressful, the getting away from everything and dealing with the repurcussions has caused sleepless nights and a great amount of hairloss. Thankfully that has stopped! I was getting worried for a while.
