I just happened to read a news article from some months ago about doctors having performed a successful penis transplant. The recipient lost his due to cancer, and doctors expect him to gain full use of his "new" penis, including sexual activities. Considering some of the more goofy interpretations of doctrine that the gooberning body trots out that the rank and file must obey under penalty of shunning I wonder if a man had this surgery, would he and or his wife be DF'd for adultery? Another mans penis would have penetrated her, and it would have been done with his full approval. That just HAS to be wrong according to the GB.
Would This Be Adultery?

The Circuit Overseer would probably need to set up a 'special' committee to investigate this matter. The first thing that would need to be determined is whether or not the transplanted penis was 'whole' or just a 'fraction' of a penis. As far as I understand current teachings, transplanted whole penises are a disfellowshipping offense but penis fractions are a conscience matter. Once that matter was established, then it would have to be determined if the old penis now transplanted onto the brother in question was used in harmony with Jehovah's arrangement. Any misuse of the old penis by the former owner could come under the rubric of Fornication. So depending on whether or not the former owner confessed to loose conduct, fornication or adultery and did or did not repent of his sins..........the whole matter could become a very sticky situation, best sorted out by the more spiritual and experienced Elders in the Circuit. Probably, the special committee would say that it was Adultery and disfellowship the wife. Thereby leaving the brother (who was probably also an Elder himself) scripturally free to remarry a younger more attractive pioneer sister and enter the Circuit work himself.

Adultery? Of course blame the woman - typical.
No, no, no the man is guilty of touching another man's penis.

Sparrowdown. - good point! Is the man guilty of lewd sexual acts touching another mans penis? If he shakes it twice after using the restroom is it considered mutual masterbation?

For df: Yes! We're in the mood to ask all sorts of bizarre questions at the judicial committee!
Against df: It's a man's heart that commits the sin.
Which answer fits best?
Coming up next: Counting angels dancing on the head of a pin.

I did not have sex with that woman. That other man's penis had sex with her. I was simply being tolerant.

sparky1 had the best answer IMO. I asked more in humor than in genuinely wanting to know. Thanks for the replies to all.

Now this is intriguing. When he is copulating, is he being cuckolded by his own self?
Maybe not. The holder maybe different. The cigar's the same!
