I actually took a screenshot of the form filled in with those words, but then I didn't post it because I didn't know if it would get Simon in trouble with copyright or something...

I was wondering about this too. I'm sure it's something like the Nielson rating system. They get a sampling - hopefully a demographically complete one - to use the toolbars and extrapolate the stats for all web users. SNG
