The two-day conference will begin Saturday, March 27, at 11 am; and conclude Sunday, March 28, at 1 pm. The host hotel will be near the airport alleviating the need for auto rental.
Focus and Highlights of the Conference:
1. Brainstorm new ideas regarding pro-active abuse issues (education, awareness, activism, media);
2. Meet the silentlambs Board of Directors;
3. Interact with others interested in child protection advocacy;
4. Saturday evening Dinner and silentlambs Courage Awards Presentation honoring nominees from the last few months (persons who made nominations and the nominees are encouraged to attend).

11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Welcome and get to know one another.
12:00-1:00 PM - Lunch at Hotel.
1:15 - 2:15 PM - Abuse Awareness Presentation Program (Unveiling of a new
abuse awareness education program. Copies will be available as well as
opportunity to access, discuss and make refinements to the program.)
2:15 - 3:00 PM - Break
3:00 - 4:00 PM - Helping "The Friends" Not to Forget Their Children. (Local
activism with media, JW's, and support groups to highlight how to educate on
the abuse problem.)
4:00 - 5:00 PM - Zealously Protecting Children - Why Not Attend a District
Convention in Your Area? (Strategy and planning for presenting the abuse
problem to media and how to have proper conduct at convention sites.)
Concluding Song and Prayer - (we could not resist :)
6:30 - 8:30 PM - silentlambs "Courage Awards" Dinner. (Presentations,
comments, good food and fellowship.)
Sunday
10:30 - 11:30 AM - Brunch with further information regarding how
to work closer with support groups such as Link UP and SNAP. Outline
of what to say and how to present material that informs and educates
on the JW abuse issue.
11:30-12:00 AM - Concluding remarks and farewell.

We are happy to announce that we now have accommodations arranged for the Silentlambs Summit in Nashville , TN , March 27-28 2004 . We will be staying at the Sheraton Music City Hotel www.sheratonmusiccity.com one of the nicest hotels in the Nashville area. The Sheraton Music City is the number one location for weddings in the Nashville area due to it gardens and location. The room rates are normally $215 per night we have negotiated a rate of $79 with up to four people per room. The Sheraton is located nearby the airport and has a free shuttle so you will not need to worry about renting a car.
