Aaarghh excuse me I take exception to that statement "only then does he help"The facts and history are proof that this is a big fat lie.It has never been demonstrated that a God , any God has ever intervened in human affairs on behalf of humans .(And please lets not quote the Bible here ) If your thinking about this lets have a more modern day experience.Do they even realise how disgustingly immoral this is and how badly it reflects on the God they worship?

Yes, lets illustrate it this way.
If your young child has severed his arm and it is hanging by a thread, do we sit and wait at home while he writhes in pain, just to see how long he can endure it. To see how he can build character?
Or do we immediately, with the greatest of urgency get him medical care, and ease the pain and repair the damage?
Jehovah likes to see how long people can endure it. Then he wants PRAISE for himself too.
And remember that everyday thousands of new babies are born...all of which need to live a life that will be full of pain. And Jehovah is cool with that.

I've been told this so many times. He won't let you endure more than you can bear. Tell that to my DF friend whose daughter committed suicide at 15. That poor lady has had to bear more than most people could ever cope with and the pain goes on and on for her and what compassion did she get from her congregation? Nothing. Took the elders over a week to be even bothered to check on the family and when her life continued to fall apart they DF her.
Words are cheap and this day's text is meaningless.

This is why I look at the book called creation (not scriptures which are human creation; hence contain misrepresentation of God). Look at the weight of our head. An adult head weighs around 10 to 11 pounds (4.5 to 5 kg), yet it is designed and fixed in such a way that we do not feel the weight of even one gram on our neck. Contrast this experience with moving a dead body when you happen to catch its head, and see how soon you would feel tired.
Interestingly, neuro-scientists unwittingly add another dimension to the easiness with which we move about because of the particular way our brain works. They say human brain not only processes more than a million messages a second but also weighs the importance of all this data, filtering out the relatively unimportant. This screening function is what allows us to focus and operate effectively in our world.
A God who has shown such loving care in the design cannot be blamed because of misrepresentations in the scriptures. If humans have to endure, there should be some other reason without God being dragged into the scene.
