The hardest for me was the head ache the next day, after a night of heavy spiritual libation. It was just too tough, so, i cut back.

Up until about a year ago, I was getting pounded by joy-not an easy one. Pouring my heart and soul into law school and making a bit of a success of it helped. One must invest in one's joy, I've discovered...But my next hardest one is kindness, the good news is that as I have begun mastering joy, the kindness seems to be more natural. I still have to remind myself to be kind more often than I am pleased to admit. Joy and Kindness-those are my bears. Shoshana

Which do you find most difficult?

I need self control. I am undisciplined and procrastinate. I try to be aware of when I am behaving that way, and that helps more than trying to assert control or being rigid.

Faith, hmm? I do not have the biblical definition of that, I think. I have faith (hope?) that the universe will unfold as it needs to, that good things are possible if we want them to be, and that if we are aware we can be in the right place and time to make the most of opportunities.

Without sounding like a smurf or hippie, I do try to create and spread positive energy around me. Kindness and love are preeminent to me.
