The last day for the appeal decision to be handed down is 90 days from October 11, 2017 so that will be January 9, 2018. A decision will be handed down by that date.

So what's the WT recourse? Appeal to CA Supreme Court?

They can ask for a reconsideration by the Appeals Court. They can also petition to be heard by the California State Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court is not obligated to take on the case.

Though it does seem that the total will start at 64,000 dollars as that is when the appeal was filed not the 2.013 Million.

Last week there was an ex-parte hearing on lifting the hold on the proceedings. There is still no decision posted on the court's website. But it does appear that it is not going to be 2 million but it will pick back up once the hold is lifted.
