Since my exit from JW's in 1966 I have been associated with the Catholic Church. Some of my ancestors were Quakers so I attended for about one year to see what it was like and learn about them. I also went to Baptist, Methodist and Presbyterians Churches for special services. But I will stick with the Catholics.

I started to go to a church in my town just after 9/11. We lost one of our best friends in the towers, so we just felt we needed to go somewhere. The church I go to was started by a couple of families that left another church because of problems. The main pastor is an incredible speaker. He goes only by the bible but brings in examples from everyday life. He is the least judgemental person I have ever come across in a church setting. He is the first one to admit "I don't know" when you ask him something that's hard to prove. A very humble guy. They have all different forums of music from rock to gospel to old standard hymms. The youth programs are all about letting the kids be themselves and just learn about God. They have great charitable activities and he always makes you feel great when you leave. I had been to other churches and felt nothing. The best part is they serve Starbucks coffee and bagels before service every Sunday. How's that for a church!!!
