I can't see this ever happening unless in exchange for a huge drop in some financial penalty.
How much reproach they would heap on Jehovah's name if they admitted to the world this was handled badly.

I know how the apologies gonna be. "Yeah maeby some things were done wrong. But we all imperfect so its okej". Would regular JW come up with that excuse, he be kicked out head first out of congregation.
