The biggest lie I believed is that people would die because they refused the WT or Awake at their door. A 20 sec presentation determines a persons everlasting welfare. What a bunch of crapola.

From 1975 to millions now living will never die and the 1914 generation were all lies that had a big effect on many peoples lives ,when you think about it , it really is a shame.

but the one real belief i always believed in as a child and up until and even after i had left the borg,
"that the generation of 1914, will not pass away, before Armageddon"
That was the big one for me. When I found out (years later) they changed this belief, I was incredibly angry. it's like being taught the color red is called orange for your whole life. Then, after you grow up, you find out it isn't so.

Lies about the dates 607, 1914, 1919, 1975 etc, etc.
The lie that Armageddon would come 'soon'.
The lie that the Watchtower Society was god's sole channel of communication and not a book publishing company.
