  And it wasn't as nerve racking as I had contemplated. And now the "ball" is set in motion.

  I called my step (father), the elder who did the "deed" all those years ago and then my mom turns around two yrs later and marries him, after she gets involved with A MARRIED ELDER (who divorced his then wife and then married my mom,(bwahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh) and sleeps with the (enemy) every night. At first, I hung up the phone fast. Then I said "just do it, no fear!" and I called again and my mom answered...

  I asked how she was doin and then I asked if RALPH was home (i knew they were gettin' ready for "service" and i wanted it to be stuck in their heads while they "preached the good news" today), she said in a cracked voice "yes, hold a minute". I could hear him say "what does she want?" She said "i don't know". hahahaha, He was wondering because last I spoke with my mom I asked if Ralph received a pkt from me. She said yes he did; he saw my name on it, the bulk of the pkt and he threw it away without opening it(it was the elders alert), so I could hear his hesitation and ANGER over the phone in the backround in just that short little remark of "what does she want"?

  He gets on the phone and the first thing out of his mouth is "what's the matter"? ROFLOLOOLOLOLOL Oh, if he only would have allowed me to seriously answer him...hahaha! I said "I want all of my disfellowshipment records and anythin else you have on me with my name attached and I want to know who has them?" He said "I CAN'T TELL YOU THAT". I said then my attorney will supboena them. He said "call Tom V. the p.o. on monday and talk to him". I said "oh, I will, but if you have my records and I have to go thru legal channels to gain them, so be it". I said thank you and I hung up.

  Guess I had the balls all along. It's just that it is not an easy task going up against this "Machine" and I know what it is capable of executing. Yet, I have taken the first step and I feel good about swallowing that f.e.a.r. and asking for those records from MY "enemy".

  I hope what Venice said is not true about the shredding, but I get the terrible feeling that it is!...Can your lawyer somehow figure a way to force the elders to hand the records over NOW? Maybe a court order? Damn! This all gets me mad! I do remember reading something in a KM about elders are to shred records after one has been inactive for so many years (not that the society don't keep their own!).

  Well, isn't that outright humble of you. You forget to mention however, how much of a numbskull you are ... don't know for sure whether or not God exists. That's not much of an improvement over being atheistic.
