So he evidently he is well traveled, now wants to make a trip to heaven, check out the culture, cuisine, climate, meet some new folks, see what they do for living. When he gets back he may write a book, Life In the Big Yonder. Just guessing, I could be wrong.

If you were still in and you knew what you know now about the borg. hell why not . It would be fun, they couldn't DF you..When they pass the wine shake it lightly, take a sip and let it sit in your mouth for a second and then take a big gulp. If a elder approach you tell him to talk to the hand or talk to Jehovah...

I was thinking that, if circumstances force me to actually become a JW, I might as well become an anointed one.

Only in JW organization is an individual lampooned because he professes he can partake of the bread and wine. In all other "Christian" religions, partaking of the bread and wine is fairly routine.
Just shows how indoctrination twists the judgemental mind.

Once there was a visiting brother doing a talk and before he arrived there were rumors that he was anointed going around. After the talk another brother told me he got goosebumps listening to the talk, and could feel the holy spirit working in the speaker, and he was definitely heavenly class. All I felt was indigestion from an unreasonable breakfast.

Thanks for the explanation PE.
The thought of a whole congregation suffering from hypnosis induced tourettes syndrome all with different trigger words is hilarious.

These "Anointed ones" are going to rule with Jesus Christ in the Heavens for a thousand years right?
However down here on earth all their allowed to do in the congregations are to vacuum the KH`s and clean the toilets.

RULE OF THUMB IN THE CULT:
The Governing Body = Higher than god (possibly ‘mentally imbalanced’ as they also claim to be ‘anointed’. Claim to be Guardians Of Doctrine = G.O.D.)
Jehovah(TM) doesn't exist. Jesus doesn't exist. Only the Governing Body exist who are lovers of paedophiles.
'Anointed' = All mental cases to be swept under the rug
Rank & File = Unworthy drones – Mustn’t trust each other
'Apostates' = pretend enemy & mental cases. Should be slaughtered by the elders but the best the Corporation can legally do is shun them.Paedophiles = To be protected at all times by the WBT$ using the R&F’s money or this will bring ‘reproach™’ upon Jehovah™ AKA the Corporation,
ALSO CONSIDER:
Apostates are nuts – July 15, 2011 WT ‘’Well, apostates are 'mentally diseased', and they seek to infect others with their disloyal teachings." ‘’7 What is involved in avoiding false teachers? We do not receive them into our homes or greet them.
We also refuse to read their literature, watch TV programs that feature them, examine their Web sites, or add
our comments to their blogs.’’
Elders should Slaughter Apostates (but we never said that!) Nov 15, 2011 WT - "The prophet Elisha sent one of the sons of the prophets to anoint Jehu as king and to instruct him to kill every male of the apostate house of Ahab.—2 Ki. 8:28; 9:1-10." "Though the thought of violence is unpleasant, we should realize that in those days, Jehovah used his servants to carry out his judgments.... Today, no servant of Jehovah uses physical force against opponents of pure worship. “Vengeance is mine,” God says. (Heb.10:30) But to rid the congregation of potentially corrupting influences, Christian elders may have to act with courage similar to that of Jehu. (1 Cor. 5:9-13) And all members of the congregation need to be determined to avoid the company of disfellowshipped individuals.— 2 John 9-11." "Jehu announced that he intended to hold “a great sacrifice” for Baal. (2 Ki. 10:18, 19) “This is a clever play on words on the part of Jehu,” says one scholar. While the term employed here “generally means ‘sacrifice,’ it is also used of the ‘slaughter’ of apostates.” "It is true that Jehu spilled much blood. Yet, the Scriptures present him as a courageous man...
Nov 15, 1952 Watchtower pp.703-704 - We are not living today among theocratic nations where such members of our fleshly family relationship could be exterminated for apostasy from God and his theocratic organization, as was possible and was ordered in the nation of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai and in the land of Palestine. "Thou shalt surely kill him; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him to death with stones, because he hath sought to draw thee away from Jehovah thy God, . . . And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee."? Deut. 13:6-11, AS.Being limited by the laws of the worldly nation in which we live and also by the laws of God through Jesus Christ, we can take action against apostates only to a certain extent, that is, consistent with both sets of laws. The law of the land and God's law through Christ forbid us to kill apostates, even though they be members of our own flesh-and-blood family relationship.
Don’t argue with ‘Apostates’ WT 15 May ’12 (Pg 26 para 13)
Indeed, we ought to move as far away from wrongdoing as possible and not see how close we can get to it without being overcome by sin. For instance, we need to guard against succumbing to apostasy, a sin that would make us unfit to glorify God. (Deut. 13:6-9) Let us therefore have nothing to do with apostates or anyone who claims to be a brother but who is dishonoring God. This should be the case even if he is a family member. (1 Cor. 5:11) We are not benefited by trying to refute the arguments of apostates or those who are critical of Jehovah’s organization. In fact, it is spiritually dangerous and improper to peruse their information, whether it appears in written form or it is found on the Internet.
Avoid DF Family ‘’Do not look for excuses to associate with a disfellowshipped family member, for example, through e-mail.’’ - w2013 1/15, p. 16, para. 19
AND....................TA DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
The anointed are nutters –
"Memorial partakers. This is the number of baptized individuals who partake of the emblems at the Memorial worldwide. Does this total represent the number of anointed ones on earth? Not necessarily. A number of factors - including past religious beliefs or even mental or emotional imbalance - might cause some to assume mistakenly that they have the heavenly calling. We thus have no way of knowing the exact number of anointed ones on earth; nor do we need to know. The Governing Body does not keep a list of all partakers, for it does not maintain a global network of anointed ones."
