Mike, what were you doing in this part of the world? (Detroit?)

We had to change planes there when we went to the fest in Panama City beach. Where we met you and got over-beered and over-oystered..

    Ah..memories.

    Mike.

I wondered if that was it, Mike. Glad you weren't that close and we didn't know about it. **getting awfully hungry for those oysters again**

Oh yes, Heather, Wordsworth, the Lakeland poet. BTW, I was in Michigan a few weeks ago. Passing through Detroit airport, no less. Englishman.

Hey, if you ever get back to Michigan let us know. We'll throw a party for you. We'd love to meet you. I'm scheming to see whether we can afford to get to your barbie. If I could figure out a way for us to take two weeks off to tour the British Isles on our own for a honeymoon in July then you never know, we just might make it there. Andy and I that is.

Blood, Fish and Bone......isn't the good JW supposed to poor blood on the ground and cover it up? When you fertilize and till or rake the soil, isn't this what you are technically doing? I guess the Governing Body never heard the saying: "Don't sweat the little stuff." Heather

No dont want the seasons to change just yet! I hang out all year for summer and finally in February we get it with everyday for the past week or so over 105 degrees (I think anyway in Australia is celcius and its been over 35 for a week or more with no end in sight). It hasn't rained for months so some rain might be good! Agggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh autumn is on the way though for us in down under land so dont wish winter on us! So what colour were the daisys and tulips???????????

Re Blood Fish & Bone Garden Enricher - yes sure banned by the org - odd as I recall on a Farm Trip at WT Farms they showed how from the slaughterhouse they drained blood from cattle and collected it and used it on the soil ? or am I just imagining things

BTW _ Bet Eman can recall Billy Cotton (not a witness a a band-leader of "wakey wakey" fame)

It's a public holiday, here, and I was enjoying a long lay (for a change).

Hey, keep that to yourself, buddy.
