i just thought i'd do an e-watchman campaign (explained at http://www.e-watchman.com/commentaries/feb_14_time_to_speak.html and also on another thread somewhere's else). but what i'm wondering is if anybody knows who the PO is for the SW missouri district (i'm not sure on district divisions). i'm going to pull a maverick and put his address as the return addy and put about 100 letters in the mailbox. it should be quite a blast. if anyoen else wants to join in, the directions and a sample letter are on the e-watchman link above. have fun! and thanks if you can get the PO's address for me.

    I like this idea.

My goodness! Another Reformation in the making. Will the Brooklyn Vatican humble itself and repent or choose to excommunicate E-Watchman (if it can learn his identity)? I vote for the latter.

I once heard about a group of JW's in Romania that broke away from the Watchtower Society. They have their own KH's and still practice the religion minus the organization. I believe it was the hypocrisy and the constan "new light" that tore them away.

You are devious! Devious, I say! Question: why does it have to be the CO for your area? Why can't you just use the WT return address?

growed, it is just so much better addressing it to someone more locally, because then he'll be bitched out by the WTS and everything of the sort... e-watchman is my favorite site (next to JWD of course ) who's with me?!? heheheeheeheheheh

Except that you've divulged your plan here, and the Watchtower monitor droids have probably picked up on it.

It is better to use the PM function for this sort of thing - no one can read your PMs but you and the recipient and me. Put together a buddy list of like minded folks and grow it.

i don't care if there's lurkers about. if they are i'll go turn them in for apostacy and see how they like that. they won't get around that...

Wouldn't that be mail fraud? The Watchtower might not be able to do anything to you, but the federal government probably would.

It's all very well and 'big' of e-watchman to orchestrate a 'campaign' but I smell a rat. I sent the following email to his 'ask me, I'm a watchman' page

Well, well, e-watchman, finally coming off the fence with your 'A time to speak'
Will you have the strenght of your convictions and stand up and be counted like you are asking other JW's to do or will you hide behind their skirts, as it were. I hope that you are not just the loading bullets?

It is all very well to ask others to put their family and friends on the line, let's see some 'fine examples' of how to do it by e-watchacleverchapman I am.

Or am I just being 'picky'
