I'm from a small town in upstate NY.
The nearest city is Oswego, the "Port City" and the "Gateway to the St. Lawrence" (among other names for it)...and this year the Snow Capital of the northeast! We had five feet of the magical white stuff fall in ONE week recently, and have had snow on the ground since mid-November!
