So throw them away!!! It's not that hard! If you write them back it's basically the same principle as the e-mails. All you're doing is confirming that they have a valid address/e-mail address. They can then sell that information to others, and you'll be inundated with crap. I remember when I lived in the US I got crap all the time, menu's from Chinese restaurants, offers for oil changes, whatever. I just threw it out. If you enjoy receiving junk then by all means reply. They'll add your name to a list, sell the list and you'll get more crap.
BTW, writing in all caps is considered the equivalent of shouting and rather rude.

Toss it.
Or you might start a hobby my friend engages in. He collects the pre-paid self-addressed envelopes and mails them back random samples of his junk mail. After all, they paid for the envelope, one shouldn't let that postage go to waste, should one?
No, they don't expect us all to be suckers. They only expect a certain percentage of us to be suckers. It is a numbers game. One in a thousand? Probably more like on in a hundred. With billions of people on the planet, these sucker games are guaranteed a few nibbles.

Jgnat has the right idea...
I used to get offers from Sears for new siding, or new roofing... or whatever...
They were really nice enough to also include a self-addressed postage-paid reply envelope. Nice of them to be so considerate!
So, I promptly removed any materials with MY address on them, stuffed all of THEIR own crap into this reply envelpoe and returned it to them.
*wide grin*
Well... I guess I wasn't the only one doing this, as after a few attempts to get me to buy this way, they changed their way of replying - to a postcard.
hahahahahaha
I say, have fun with it - if you can keep your name and address out of the returned mail.

Hit 'delete', don't respond at all.
Same with chain e-mail letter type of stuff. Delete, delete, delete!
