  cicatrix, For me, there's only one choice: an original 427 Shelby SC Cobra. Now, if I only had the million dollars it would take to buy one...... Only 356 of them were made, and last time I checked around 15 years ago, there were only 90 or so of them left.

  Last year at the World Famous and most prestigious car show in the world, namely the Pebble Beach Elegance d'Concourse, they had the largest collection of Bugattis ever assembled. I was there and Jay Leno was only about 8 feet away in the lobby of the Pebble Beach Lodge. He's much nicer looking in person than he appears on TV, btw.

  I had an '87 Daytona Shelby Z for awhile. The former owner rode her pretty hard, though, and I blew her engine up (waaaahhh-my poor baby!!). I couldn't find a turbo replacement, and HATED the regular engine that was installed, so I sold it.No comparison to the original, of course:)
  
  I have a Talon now. No turbo, but it gets me around.
  
  My landlord collects Indy cars. We have two of them in our basement. They are the second and third concept cars that were built, but I can't for the life of me remember what they are!

  I am trying to dream these days in 'reachable' sites... My five yr plan is to have new model (body no doubt will change by then) of this:

  Toyota Celica. I had one in 79 and LOVED it... Right now I am trying to pull myself out of the debt my ex husband put me in, and so I am only driving a little Echo which actually is great on gas and dependable.. it suits my needs for now..

  but my goal is to get a brand new Celica when I can...

  i do have to say, the only other thing to give me a stiffy besides my g/f is a Shelby Mustang GT 500...a gt 500.......... oh i want to show it my ohhh phase, ohhh oh oh ohhhh, you know what i mean, ohh. =D
