It's a great letter, Hawk. Since the Watchtower loves to strain gnats and swallow camels, though, it should be noted that the WTS is not a public corporation by any stretch of the imagination, legally or practically. They'll jump on that misstatement like flies to you-know-what. The only thing "public" about it is its literature which it forces its members to hawk (no pun intended) and its assemblies, which are worldwide events promoting NEW literature to hawk.

Nice letter Hawk and well written.
If the U.N. would comply with the demands of that letter, they would also have to deal with the Watchtowers Legal Dept., and they probably don't want to deal with that .
