He feels disgusted. Sure he does; he got caught. An isolated incident? Wonder if anyone ever tried that defense when they murdered someone for the first time. He's undergoing crucifixion; yes, one that was self inflicted. Three years community service and five years on the sex offenders' registry--a mere slap on the wrist. He's lucky the book wasn't thrown at him!

Val, I dont accept lonliness as an excuse for what he did. There is no excuse for it, which is why he deserves the punishment and probably should do some time in my opinion.
A lead enema is the only cure for this sicko. I've never been that drunk and hard up. And trust me, I've been damn loaded.

Poor guilty childmolester was driven to sexual maddness (just this one time) by a young child. Give me a break this wasn't the first time. Anyone who's been molested will tell you that it is a life long tendency. You cannot stop it.
I think this problem often stems from our judeo-christian upbringing. Everything about sex; the names of body parts dealing w/sex, the name of varied types of sex, seeing any naked body parts talking about it ...it's all a sin somehow. Rather than throwing blankets over piano legs we should teach kids that sex and love is great. We should teach masturbation as a health issue.
That way serious issues such as morals would be taught and students would learn to relate those moral lessons to their lives RATHER THAN stating that our bodies will drive us to sinful acts. Yet I know some will still grow up perverts, but think how happy all the other kids would be.

I honestly think one of the cruelest things the jw's (and other religions) teach is that healthy adults should deny themselves sexual satisfaction. Its mentally unhealthy and causes all kinds of problems.
I think that is the root cause of the problem.
