I can take care of the cooking, cleaning and decorating. I live in an apartment so maintainence takes care of the plumbing and the fixing.

I can tackle just about anything around the house ... received a good 'wife' training at home, so cooking, cleaning, decorating, etc is second nature to me. (blecch, I hate cleaning) I can sew & knit as well.
On the other hand, I've always been less of a girly-girl, and love to build stuff, you know, put in a window, shingling, put up shelves. I love painting, interior and exterior.
I love power tools!!! When I had a car, I did my own repairs (timing gear, valve cover gasket, oil changes, brakes, etc.), but I think now I would probly take it to the local garage when I get a vehicle again.
Learned a bit about electronics as a pawnbroker, but I leave the technical stuff to the "techies". I don't like to mess with electrical outlets and wiring - best left to the professionals as I have little interest in learning about it. I can fix your toilet if it's 'running', and know a teeny bit about plumbing (enough to know when I need to call the plumber). But as far as minor repairs around the house, they are fun to do and give a sense of accomplishment that I don't get from scrubbing the toilet. *lol*
I love to go fishing (angle), and although I do not like to kill anything, I enjoy shooting targets (you know, tin cans and such). Have been a bookkeeper as well.
So, Jill of all trades, mistress of none? Nah, I prefer the term "Renaissance Woman".

For so many years, my ex was not helpful at all, so I learned to do for myself. I've never owned a home, but I can use a screwdriver, change my oil in my car, change a tire, drive safely thru snow (unlike many people) ride a horse, operate a snowmobile, move furniture, cook, strip furniture, hang curtain rods, etc, know how to stop a toilet from flooding, caulk cracks that are letting cold air blow thru my walls, build a fire, figure out basic computer stuff, and probably alot more. This weekend I lifted a queen size mattress off the frame of my bed and cleaned the carpeting under it.
I almost forgot!!! I can handle a nail gun, a drill, and a friend showed me how to wire an electric box........of course, I'd need a refresher for that last one...............

I have a custom remodeling business so I can do most of the maintenance needed on my home and vehicles. By my standards I live a very simple life. My daughters friends ask her all the time if we have a maid. I laugh, I have had them but I clean way better than most of them do, (Mr. Monk)! Have had lawn care companies too but I love working on my lawns. I have the greenest lawn on the street! My front walkway is swept every morning unless it is raining.
I thought your question was about a persons personality, that is a lot more complex question. In that I do not feel complete. I have a lot to work on! Maverick
