My sister told me in December that all I would need to do to be counted as a publisher is 15 minutes a month. She was trying to show me how they won't try to kill me anymore with their grueling schedule if just suck it up and go back.

There's currently no minimum hour requirement for MS and elder publishers. They're so desperate to prevent elders from dropping out, the idea is they are expected to put in what their personal circumstances are. But if an elder fell to below the average publishers hours a month regularly, they would be encouraged to do more, and might be removed if no improvement is made.
In New zealand at least, the average for publishers is about 8 per month. This is the expected minimum for a good JW. It's what the CO inferred in 2001 anyway.

When I pioneered it was 90 a month, 15 minutes a month! shyt, I spent 15 just wirting this post. I think I going to get reinstated!

Mouthy, Up in EauClaire Wisconsin I was told that walking arm in arm with another sister made it look like we were gay, hugging shouldn't be for everyone and too much hugging might give a reg.pio a bad name... that was the reg pio 90 hr months when you'd thing the kind warmth of a friend would be recommended. Man 70hrs must be to keep the older sisters in there. Wow, 70 hrs might have kept my hair from spliting off in the -20 degree high temperature. It amazes me that men like the Beregan brothers were from Wis. and right next door Minnesota, the land of socialist thought and snow shoes.
Man those were some tough memories. I need another Zoloft.

But be aware that Reg pioniers didn't got a reduction by 20 hrs a month. The 90 hours per month allowed a spare month for vacation!
It was 1000/y = 83.33/m and now it's 840/y = 70/m -

A year or so ago, it was announced that the "Elderly and infirm " could tender reports of as little as quarter hour per month so as to keep regular, (Like All Bran)
