It's one of those things I am constantly telling myself to do. I tend to say too much, and not think of how it must sound to others. My school teachers always wrote on my report cards "visits too much".

My reports cards always said "Grace would do even better( I had good marks except for Math) if she would not chatter so much :))

Do I know when to shut up? Usually, when people stop listening it is time to rethink. Also, I firmly believe in no pearls before swine. If all else fails, usually someone tells me it's time.
