Matt Groening is the creator of the Simpsons. "Chief Wiggam" is a character on that show. Our tax accountant just happens to be the cousin of Matt Groening. His last name is Wiggam so that is where Matt got the name for his police chief character.

Despite everyones lauding over Thunders cooking, I too am a GREAT cook, I just don't enjoy it as much as Thunder LOL
