You aren't what you eat

For those of you who watch what you eat... Here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies:

    1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
    2. Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
    3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
    4. Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
    5. Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

    CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like; Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

If you get good exercise, and use supplementation, especially syntrax guggulbolic, large amounts of fat won't hurt you. Stress, sleep and pollution are larger factors in adverse health conditions.

    Hi FIL,

I can understand too much stress and excessive pollution but how is sleep a factor in negative health?

    lol at Simon.

It is the fast food industry, with excessive amouts of fat, sugar, salt. That stuff mkes the food taste good and it sells. I grew up eating fried foods, as most of the southwest does. But i did not grow up eating at Mickey D's or jack in box. I ate at home. Fast food is killing us.People from other countries have the same risk as us if they move here and eat our diet. Look at the size of the kids now. I saw a Dateline on this called"XL" Our generation of kids is fat and getting fatter. They don't do PE in school, and they eat at Mickey D's and the Pastry shops. none of those things occured while i grew up. I had Pe either every day, or it may have been 3x week(can't remember) . But it was required. When i went to college-guess what-i had to pass a PE class of some sort to graduate.

If you don't get enough, it puts extra stress on your heart. Also, your brain needs some down time daily. If you don't get enough sleep, you are more prone to accidents.

So true. Most severe insomniacs die young, as it takes a huge toll on your health to not get enough sleep; also the psychological toll is pretty devastating as well-constant depression, often leading to suicide.

Some of us, however, are just too busy to sleep.
