6,000 posts and this is the time I pick to be nervous and develop writers block. Nothing I'm saying sounds right, so forgive me if I make a misstep or phrase this post inappropriately.

First and foremost I hold no ill will or grudge toward talesin. What happened is in the past and, as far as I'm concerned, it's over. I think she is just as eager as I am to put this whole thing behind us and move forward.

There are some really good and decent people on this board. Thank you seems such an inadequate phrase in response to everyone who has reched out, but ... thank you. You don't know how much it has meant. Your kindness and care are more than I deserve.

I regret melting down in front of so many people, almost as much as I regret making a fool out of myself. But what is done, is done and if I can't change what happened, I can change how I feel about what happened.

So at this point, it might be best to just let this experience quietly recede into the past.

Until a few minutes ago, I had not read your reply on the thread. All week, I have been thinking about it even though I was not online. Knowing that I was OFF and that I probably hurt your feelings. Now that I've read it, I too feel sick. You have no need to feel stupid or embarrassed. I will gladly take those qualities upon myself for this incident.

I remember when I was looking in to going motorbike racing that I was told if I didn't crash now and again, I wasn't going fast enough because I wouldn't know where my limits were. Don't worry about you crashing, it just shows how much you were pushing yourself forward and everyone responses have shown how much you were helping people and are cared for on here. You crashing just shows how much effort you were putting into that, and just show the true depth of your nature and what a good bloke you are.
