It's there.. you have to copy and paste the URL into your browser.
It's a long-standing bug on this site where you can't post URLs that contain the ampersand character.

I didn't think that existed. The last one I heard of being released was the 2001... which was released in 2002.

It does... 2003 was recently released. Some already have it.

sadelder, mentioned that he had gotten a copy from Bethel, the WT-2003. I also heard that orders started being placed from the congregations earlier this year.
