Can someone be "saved" just by reading the Bible?

Well...I would agree w/LT on this...and as I am not a Christian by far I will only add a bit of a speculative story, which IMO the JWs can never answer to anyone's satisfaction.
The person who lives away from the influence of religion, has a bible for instance, or any other religious text, and leads a good life, is good to thier friends and the people they deal with, ot at least thier family, does no real wrong like killing, adultery, fornication etc......what happens to them when the supposed end comes? If they get saved, who says any other person can't? Meeting a JW ruins it for everyone.
