Update......I have lost three pounds since my last post! YAY!!!! ANd tonight I did 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill, did a 10-minute ab workout and lifted weights. I am still rolling! I am going to join the YMCA soon so I have access to a pool as swimming is GREAT exercise.

Copsec, I really enjoy dancing and tae-bo. Both very fun and so they don't feel like exercise to me. You just smile the whole time.
