  I was just reading some posts on the vancouver canucks usenet newsgroup, when I noticed a topic by the name of this thread from a poster named "Lonnie" which I found funny.

  I was walking downtown and went past some poor tired old man. He was
  supposed to be standing up outside the coffee shop handing out his
  religion's pamphlets, but instead the poor old guy was sound asleep in the
  warm morning sunshine sitting upright on a bench. Good for him though - he
  kept holding the magazine upright even as he slept, in case someone wanted
  one. The name of the Magazine ? " Awake!".

  maybe he was just using them as a sun visor to keep the sun out of his face while he slept!

  It sort of says something tho, don't you think? Who knows how long that poor old guy has been schlepping mags? I'm glad it did not bother his conscience to take a lil nap. I don't want that to be me.

  Got my yard mowed, now for a little cool down time, I have a push mower. I'm not getting a riding mower untill I can't push it anymore and I figure that will be about 75, could be wrong though. Seven more years of pushing my mower may be a little too much.
