There are so many beautiful pictures of Colorado that I hate to waste the bandwidth by posting them. If you're interested, here are some web sites with great pictures. We live just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. I've also lived in Portland between Mt. Hood and the beautiful Cascade Range and in Geneva on the valley floor between the Swiss Alps and the Jura. But I have to say our Colorado Rocky Mountains are pretty spectacular, too. I'm a third-generation Coloradoan, so I'm a bit prejudiced.

OMG, Corvin, thanks for posting those pics! I was homeless in SD, lived in the Gas Lamp District 'til I got on my feet. Those pictures bring back so many memories! I used to go to Balboa Park every day, since they had a different free event for each day of the week. Thank you so much, you made my day!
