Oakey Doakey, these are not the best photos in the world, the bluebells are yet to be at the stage where they flourish like a carpet over the woodland floor, though still some rather nice shots which I took this Saturday morning. Bear with me as I put 9 on at a time, will take a while, so come back to view the rest. As per usual click on any image to enlarge. If you hold your mouse button in the right hand bottom corner a further tab should appear allowing you to enlarge further. They will only take a moment or so to enlarge. Hope you all enjoy them, this is a gift from me to you all. my kindest regards to everyone. Enjoy!!

KennalVale Nature Reserve Ponsanooth, half way between Penryn and Redruth, West cornwall, 5 miles from home.
The site in the 1800's was a gunpowder making facility. Once a kitchen lady walked into the power room with a spark on her voluminous skirt, she certainly went vavaboom big time. Her head was found 3/4 of a mile away, 3 were killed in total. You wouldn't believe this was an industrial site back then, now it is the most peaceful place you could imagine. Nature certainly has taken over, but mans influence from back then just adds to the character now of the place.
I've got to go back past there now on my way to finish a job over that way, will only take me half hour or so, when I come back later I will try once more to put the better pictures on again.
Thank you for your kind comments.

Great pictures, Celtic. Is this area very close to your home? I love the bluebells. It's aptly named Bluebell Woods.
